GVeServices

What can GVeServices do for me?

GVeServicesGVeServices is available to all GVE customers, and it allows you to be more organized and not worry about paper copies of invoices. Some of the features include:
  • Access all your parts invoices & work order history (last few years)
  • View equipment purchase invoices
  • Look up parts with John Deere's electronic parts catalogs, check stock, view “on-hand” quantities at all GVE locations, and order parts online
  • Check the status of open work orders
  • View and Update your account/profile
  • Make online payments to your GVE charge account from your bank account through TelPay or with your credit card (learn more)
  • View and Update your Equipment Profile
All this information is updated nightly and accessible online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your home or office. This service is totally free, and you can even have access setup for multiple users if you're a large operation.

How do I sign up for GVeServices?

GVeServicesGo to www.GVeServices.com and at the login page, click “Not a member? click here”. Fill out the form with the required information. Upon submitting, you will be returned to the login screen, with a note that you will be emailed when your account is ready.

Once you receive this email notification (normally received by next business day), visit www.GVeServices.com and enter the username and password you entered when you signed up.

How do I access my information?

Click the GVeServices link. Use your chosen username and password to log in.

You will be presented with several menu options to explore:

  • My Account: Allows you to look up the status of your account, view details of outstanding balances, reproduce invoices, view past account statements, send messages to the accounting department, and update your eService profile. The subheading "My Account" allows you to view your aging balances. The subheading "Outstanding Details" displays your outstanding invoice numbers and balances.
  • My Equipment: Allows you to view information about your equipment, including service history and recommended maintenance schedules with detailed descriptions. You can add or remove fleet equipment, update hours, notify the sales department that you are looking to trade or sell and check to see if units are ready for pickup. You can request maintenance or work order repairs and view or order parts in recommended service schedules through GVeServices.
  • Go Shopping: You can shop for parts, view equipment we have for sale, and purchase merchandise like toys, books, and clothing.
  • Purchase History: You can look up your own work orders and identify repairs, check your own rental invoices, find out what parts you purchased for a particular machine and print copies of the invoices, plus view a tax summary for a selected group of invoices.
  • Quotes: Allows you to access outstanding parts, service and equipment quotes, view quote details, and accept a quote, as well as request a re-quote if a quote has expired.
Will I still receive invoices and month end statements by mail?

You will now be able to access all your invoices online and recieve statements by email, so you will not be mailed paper copies unless you specifically request this.

How about online payments?

If you wish to make an online payment on your GVE account, please log into your GVeServices account and click on My Account (at the top of the window) to check your account balance and outstanding invoices, after taking note of the amount, click on Welcome (at the top of the window) to be presented with a message with the following links, or come back to this page. These links will direct you to a credit card payment screen, or the option to transfer from your bank account with TelPay.
